PRIVACY
Clear, quiet
and limited.
This privacy notice explains how ROWAN handles the information you provide while using this storefront. We aim to collect only what is needed to show the collection, maintain your shopping cart and process an order.
Information you provide
When you place an order, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We use those details to review the order, arrange delivery, send order updates and respond to a question you send us. Product choices in the cart are kept locally in your browser so that they remain available while you continue shopping.
How information is used
We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising. Order details are used only for the practical work of handling your purchase, completing payment when enabled, delivery and reasonable customer support. We may retain the details required for order records and legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing and security
Information may be shared with delivery partners and payment providers only to the extent needed to fulfil an order. Access is limited to people and services involved in that process. No method of online transmission is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards and do not ask for more information than the order requires.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information associated with an order where applicable. You may also clear browser-stored cart data through your browser settings. For questions about this notice, include the email used for your order so we can identify the correct record.
