Delivery
Standard delivery is a flat $12.99 USD per order, calculated and shown clearly at checkout. This lets you choose more than one chair without an extra delivery charge for each individual piece. Once your order has been received, we review the address and prepare the parcel for dispatch.
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier route; the order confirmation and subsequent dispatch update are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure the address, apartment number and contact information are complete before placing the order.
When your order arrives
Please check the packaging and the chair when it arrives. If a parcel appears damaged, take a clear photograph of the outer packaging and keep all materials until the delivery has been reviewed. Small variations in grain, woven texture or tonal finish are part of the materials themselves and are not defects.
Returns
If a chair is not right for your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details. Return items must be unused, in their original condition and packed safely for the journey back. Once the item is received and inspected, an eligible refund is returned to the original payment method.
